Westwood College of Technology offers a web-based education branch called Westwood Online. This program allows students to earn entire degrees online without ever entering a traditional classroom. This helps students with busy schedules continue their education. Because students can complete coursework at their own pace, Westwood Online claims that they will better remember the skills and information learned. Although no time is spent in an actual classroom, the program provides interaction with professors and students virtually, encouraging collaborative learning.
